Assist with selection of location(s) for wedding ceremony and reception. Since you are considering the Florida Keys for your destination wedding, you may be considering a beach wedding, possibly at sunset. There are many lovely resorts/hotels/restaurants which provide an exceptional setting. Charter boats can also be reserved for your special day. We will be happy to help you find the perfect location.

OFFICIATE to perform a religious or civil ceremony.

CATERING. Catering services/bar services/ wait staff/bartenders. We work with caterers who will serve the "food of your island dreams". Be it Caribbean Cuisine or more Traditional fare, our caterers will be more than happy to assist you in creating the menu you desire. The bar and wait staff will be extremely professional and will accommodate your guests in every way possible.

PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER. Our photographers have a variety of packages to facilitate your needs from hourly rates, choice of photo albums and any special photos you may desire. They use top of the line equipment. Since you will look back on your wedding/reception numerous times in the years to come, you can be assured we will use the best photographer/videographer in the Florida Keys.

FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS. There are many types of flowers native to the Florida Keys. You may choose these for a tropical look and feel or you may prefer something more traditional. Our florists will provide all of the floral arrangements for your entire wedding party and family members. If you will be using flowers as centerpieces or decorations, they can also take care of that for you.

WEDDING CAKE. There are many choices for the wedding cake. From elaborate to simple and elegant, we have several bakers which can create your perfect cake.

MUSIC. Music for wedding ceremony and reception. We have local bands, musicians or DJ’s who will entertain you and your guests with any type of music. If you prefer, we also have local solo or duo musicians for a more intimate touch.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT. This consists of tables, chairs, linens, flatware, silver, crystal, tents, gazebos, arches for a more formal event. We can also arrange items for a more casual look and feel if that is what you desire.

TRANSPORTATION. We can arrange limousine, private automobile or shuttle service to take you and your guests to any desired location.

MISCELLANEOUS. Bridal party needs such as hair, make-up, manicures, pedicures, massages, facials, etc. We can also advise shopping areas for the ladies in the wedding party or any female guests.

ACCOMODATIONS, ACTIVITIES, RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS. We will assist with accommodations for your out of town guests along with scheduling activities for anyone who would like to explore our beautiful Florida Keys while they are visiting the area. We can also advise regarding restaurant recommendation and reservations.
